Home Care Services
Home Care (Personal & Respite)
RSHA will provide Home Health Attendants or a Certified Nursing Assistant to help with clients as needed per PCP requirements. Visit duration, time and day may vary according to patient needs.
Nursing Visits
RSHA nurses will provide home visits on a 30, 60 or 90 day mark depending on the level of care and needs of the client. All nursing services shall be directly provided by an appropriately qualified registered or a licensed practical nurse.
